No. Sign up for a free account first (50 tool calls a day, no card required), install OpenOwl, use it long enough to have an honest opinion, then post about it and submit the link. We only approve claims from posts by people who have actually used the product.
We open the public URL you submit and read the view or impression count the platform itself displays. We look at it again 14 days after publication and grant access at the higher of the two numbers. Screenshots help, but the public counter is the source of truth.
Written from your own experience with the product, in your own voice, on an account that is really yours. Reddit posts must respect each subreddit's self-promotion rules. YouTube videos should show OpenOwl actually running. Blog posts should link back to openowl.dev with a normal do-follow link. Anything obviously AI-generated, farmed, boosted with fake engagement, or posted from a burner account gets rejected.
Yes. Every approved post adds to your total, capped at 12 months of stacked free Pro access per calendar year. We batch new grants into your existing license so the timer keeps rolling.
Within 3 business days. You will get an email either confirming the grant with the exact expiry date, or explaining why the submission did not qualify.
If the post is removed by moderators, taken down by the platform, or gets caught in shadowban within 30 days of publication, we revoke the grant. If it is your first strike we forgive it and you can submit a different post.
